Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made, but cancellation is possible if the shipment has not been processed.
For wire transfer payments, funds must be received within 5 working days of order confirmation. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
Shipment Policy
Shipments will be made strictly to the address approved by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping and billing details are accurate and up to date. We will ship based on the details in our records.
Shipments will be processed only after full payment is received for the ordered product.
SGHK LTD is responsible for freight and insurance only up to the point of FOB (Freight on Board). Any additional taxes, duties, or charges are the customer's responsibility.
Orders may be shipped from any of our regional or affiliated offices.
A shipping and handling fee of USD 100 will apply to orders under USD 15,000. Orders exceeding USD 15,000 qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping is available for orders to Hong Kong.
If stones are picked up personally from one of our affiliated offices, no shipping charges will apply.
Conflict-Free Policy
SGHK LTD and its affiliates are committed to providing high-quality, conflict-free diamonds. We only source rough diamonds from reputable, legislated sources that comply with UN resolutions. Our strict zero-tolerance policy ensures we do not engage in the illegal diamond trade.
If a foreign buyer questions whether a polished diamond is made exclusively from KP-certified rough, we are obligated to provide documentary proof, not mine testing.
Pricing Policy
Prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes and duties.

While we strive for accuracy, human, system, or typographical errors may occasionally occur, including in product pricing. We reserve the right to correct such errors, and in the event of a pricing discrepancy, we will either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order. If the product has already been shipped, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly or the goods must be returned in compliance with business ethics.
